    Content and form of Disclose register information guidance note is for issuers and advisers who are required to produce a register entry for an offer of financial products under the FMC Act. It gives guidance on matters the FMA recommends you consider when producing your register entry. It does not prescribe a single ‘best practice’ approach to register entries as different approaches may be suitable for different businesses.

    Financial Markets Conduct (Vision Invest NZ Funds) Exemption Notice 2025

    The Financial Markets Conduct (Vision Invest NZ Funds) Exemption Notice 2025 (Notice) exempts FundRock NZ Limited (FundRock) in respect of the Vision Income Fund (Fund) from certain disclosure provisions of Schedule 4 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 (the Regulations) relating to details being provided on Disclose Register about loans made by FundRock NZ Limited (FundRock) that are assets of the Fund. The exemption is subject to alternative disclosures being provided to investors.

    Financial Markets Conduct (Spark New Zealand Limited Group) Exemption Notice 2024

    The Financial Markets Conduct (Spark New Zealand Limited Group) Exemption Notice 2024 (Notice) exempts subsidiaries of Spark New Zealand Limited (Spark) other than Spark Finance Limited (Spark Finance) from certain financial reporting obligations which apply to entities in receipt of funds from a conduit issuer under Part 7 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (Act); and Spark Finance from various related disclosure obligations in respect of product disclosure statements and disclose register entries under the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 (Regulations).
