Financial Markets Conduct (Multiple-participant Schemes—Participation Agreements) Exemption Notice 2022

SUMMARY: Financial Markets Conduct (Multiple-participant Schemes—Participation Agreements) Exemption Notice 2022 provides relief to managers of multiple-participant schemes from being required to register participation agreements on the Disclose register.  Conditions of the exemption require the participation agreements to be provided to members on request and free of charge. This notice replaces, on substantially the same terms, the Financial Markets Conduct (Multiple-participant Schemes—Participation Agreements) Exemption Notice 2017, which is revoked on the close of 22 October 2022.
