Prospero Markets Company Limited – Unregistered Business

FMA is concerned that Prospero Markets (New Zealand) is offering New Zealanders financial services including CFD trading services while not registered.    Prospero Markets is not on the Financial Service Provider Register and does not hold any license to provide its services in New Zealand.  

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has suspended Prospero Markets (Australia) Australian Financial Services license until 28 March 2024. For information regarding their Australian license refer to ASIC’s media release:

We recommend caution when dealing with Prospero Markets.
