We are aware that Brightwave Marketing is making unsolicited contacts to New Zealand residents with the aim of offering investment opportunities. The Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 prohibits the offers of financial products in course of unsolicited meetings.

Brightwave Marketing claims to have an office in New Zealand, which is not true.
