We are concerned that AGSO is likely to be offering financial services and/or products to New Zealand residents without being appropriately registered on the Financial Service Providers Register to do so.

Statements on AGSO’s website regarding the security of investments with it may be unsubstantiated. This is especially with respect to claims that AGSO can guarantee one’s capital on investments.

We are also concerned that AGSO may have the hallmarks of a scam given we have been unable to identify and/or verify the legal entity that is offering the services listed on AGSO’s website.
