Unregistered businesses

This list contains the names of businesses or individuals that are not registered as a financial service provider on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) in New Zealand but may be in the business of providing financial services. An individual or entity that is in the business of providing a financial service to clients in New Zealand should be registered on the FSPR for that service. Not being registered on the FSPR may mean they are not complying with the requirements of New Zealand legislation.

The list is not exhaustive. Prior to engaging, we recommend checking that the Advisor is registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR).

Deciding how to invest

Pearson Investments LLC

Pearson Investments is not incorporated in New Zealand nor registered on the FSPR therefore is not permitted to provide financial services to New Zealand residents.

Bancde Options

Bancde Options is not allowed to offer financial services in New Zealand.

HPoption

HPoption is not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand.

Koenig Rowe Campbell Alliance

Koenig Rowe Campbell Alliance is not registered on the FSPR and is therefore not allowed to offer financial services in New Zealand.

Campbell Investments Limited

Persons purporting to be involved with a UK registered company Campbell Investments Limited are offering to provide investment advice in NZ without the appropriate registration and license.

Larsson and York Wealth Management

Larsson and York is not a registered financial service provider in New Zealand therefore is not allowed to offer financial services in New Zealand.

Binary Selections

Binary Selections do not hold a derivatives issuer licence and is not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand.

The Retirement Shop T/A TRS Online is not registered on the FSPR and is therefore not allowed to offer financial services in New Zealand.

Tall Options and Corporate Enterprises PTY Limited are not registered on the FSPR and therefore they are not allowed to offer financial services in New Zealand.
