Financial Markets Conduct (Financial Advice – UK Pension Transfers) Exemption Notice 2025 provides relief to financial advisers in the UK who provide mandated advice to individuals in NZ relating to the withdrawal of funds from safeguarded pensions in the UK. All exempted financial advisers will get five years relief under this exemption.
