Nidhix– Impersonating NZ company, withholding client funds

We are concerned that the website Nidhix.com may be operating a scam. 

Nidhix.com falsely claims that Nidhix is a leading asset management company in New Zealand. Nidhix is not registered to provide financial products or services in New Zealand. 

The FMA has received reports that Nidhix.com is withholding funds from investors until additional fees are paid. This is a common feature of investment scams. Even if the victim pays these fees, no money will be released. 

This website is using the details of a registered New Zealand company, Nidhix Limited.  Nidhix Limited has confirmed it has no association with Nidhix.com.

We recommend exercising caution when dealing with Nidhix or the website Nidhix.com.
