Mosaic Global Limited – facilitating unsubstantiated loans

The FMA urges individuals seeking business finance to exercise caution when dealing with Mosaic Global Limited. The company’s representatives claim to arrange large loans from overseas lenders; however, these loan offers could not be substantiated.  

We are aware of borrowers from New Zealand and Malaysia were targeted and offered loans. In one instance, a supposed loan provider and its representative were found to be fictitious. In another, a loan provider appeared to use a fake company certificate. 

Mosaic Global Limited is not registered on the Financial Service Providers Register for providing any financial service in New Zealand.
