ActivePrimeFX – Falsely purports to be a registered company in New Zealand

We are concerned that activeprimesfx.com may be operating a scam. 

Activeprimesfx.com displays a fake New Zealand Certificate of Incorporation on their website to appear legitimate. Activeprimesfx.com offers investment plans but is not registered to provide financial products or services in New Zealand. 

The FMA has been made aware by an investor that activeprimesfx.com is withholding funds. 

The website is using the company number of a genuine registered New Zealand company and falsely presenting it as its own, without authorisation.  

We recommend exercising caution when dealing with ActivePrimeFX or its website activeprimesfx.com.
