The FMA is aware of online webinars being offered to New Zealanders promoting StrykerFusion and its associated entities. StrykerFusion and its associated entities are not registered on the Financial Service Register to provide financial services or products in New Zealand.
StrykerFusion is not a member of any approved dispute resolution scheme. If investors have complaints about StrykerFusion, they will not be able to seek a resolution through an approved dispute resolution scheme.
This group of entities associated with StrykerFusion claims to be launching “a revolutionary technology and currency platform”. In particular, StrykerFusion claims to be launching an ethical online social media platform which will include banking services and their own verified e-currency. It claims, “early investors will earn multiples of their investment back in the space of a few years”. The FMA believes StrykerFusion’s claims about investment returns are unsubstantiated and unrealistic.
