Hecksow LLC – Unregistered financial service provider, false and misleading statements

The FMA recommends caution when dealing with Hecksow. 

Hecksow claims to offer a platform for cryptocurrency mortgages, treasury tokens, and DAOs (Decentralised Autonomous Organisations) for modern real estate financing. 

The FMA is concerned that claims made by Hecksow about these services are false and misleading. 

Investments in cryptocurrency carry significant financial risk. The public should be cautious of any individual or entity claiming to provide safe, stable or guaranteed returns on investments.

We believe Hecksow may be operating from New Zealand, but is not currently registered on the Financial Services Provider Register (FSPR). This means it is not authorised to provide financial products or services in New Zealand.
