KiwiWRAP KiwiSaver Scheme levy waiver notification 2025

On 9 July 2025, pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012 (the Regulations), the FMA granted a waiver of part of the FMA levy to Consilium NZ Limited (Consilium) in respect of the KiwiWRAP KiwiSaver Scheme (the Scheme), to take effect from 14 September 2025.
