The changes approved include a change to the wording in relation to the 'Legal Appointee' category of membership of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal contained in rule 2.1.1(a) of the NZMDT Rules in order to more appropriately frame the requirements for eligibility as a Legal Appointee on the Tribunal.
There are also minor technical amendments to the NZMDT Rules.
