Consultation paper: Regulatory returns for prescribed intermediary services

We are seeking feedback from licensed crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending service providers on the information they will have to supply in their annual regulatory returns.

This consultation outlines the information we plan to ask for. An annual regulatory return is a standard licence requirement for all licensees. These returns are mandatory and help us make sure licensees continue to perform their market services effectively post-licensing.
