Overseas regulators warn investors about TriumphFX

TriumphFX is not a registered financial service provider or regulated to provide any financial service or financial product in New Zealand. The FMA recommends exercising caution before dealing with this entity.

• The Indonesia Financial Services Authority referred to the warning issued by the Satgas Waspada Investasi (Investment Alert Task Force) about “TriumphFX/Priority Group Official” in April 2022: Satgas Waspada Investasi Kembali Temukan 7 Entitas Investasi Tanpa Izin dan 100 Pinjaman Online Ilegal (ojk.go.id)
• The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission has included “Triumph Int. Limited, https://www.tfxi.com/en” in their Public Notice of “Notice of Fraud Certificates of the Financial Dealers License” on 29 June 2021.
