The FMA has concerns that David Elgar McEwen (who is currently the subject of permanent stop order) is introducing investors to the entity Agrigreen Solutions, which he claims is structured as a Limited Partnership.
Neither Agrigreen Solutions or Mr McEwen are registered on the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register.
Agrigreen Solutions also claims to be a Singapore-based business, but it does not appear on the Singapore companies register.
