The Financial Services Legislation Amendment Act 2019 will introduce a new regulatory regime for financial advice, which includes licensing of financial advice providers. If you currently give financial advice or you may do so in the future, this will affect you.

In preparation for full licensing, we are consulting on the proposed classes of licence and the standard conditions to be imposed on full licences. Have your say by 7 August 2020.

The standard conditions currently imposed on financial advice provider transitional licences remain unchanged.
