Financial Markets Conduct (Catalist Public Market) Exemption Notice 2021

Summary: This notice provides exemptions to enable issuers listed on the Catalist Public Market, a licensed financial product market targeted at small and medium-sized businesses, to make ‘same class’ offers and small offers of $2 million or less through the market.  Issuers are exempted from ‘regulated offer’ requirements, including issuing a product disclosure statement.
