December 2011 - FMA advises investors that VonWin Capital Management L.P. intends to make an offer to the bondholders of Irongate Property Limited (In Receivership) who have expressed an interest in selling their bonds.

VonWin Capital Management, L.P. has agreed to provide FMA with an undertaking to include an FMA statement in unsolicited offer documents.

FMA asked VonWin for an enforceable undertaking and to include a statement provided by FMA at the beginning of any offer they send to Irongate bondholders to ensure they make an informed decision.
