You may apply to the Financial Markets Authority for an exemption from specific provisions of:
- Part 2 of the Securities Act 1978 (which regulates how offers of securities may be made to the public) and any regulations made under that Act
- Part 2 of the Securities Markets Act 1988 (which contains disclosure obligations of directors and officers, and substantial security holders, of public issuers) and any regulations made under that Part
- the Financial Reporting Act 1993, which relate to overseas issuers and recipients of money from conduit issuers.
